Constant Pressure Water Supply Solution
Introduction
Variable frequency speed regulation technology is a novel and mature AC motor speed regulation technology. It is widely applied in the field of speed control, particularly in the water supply industry, due to its unique and excellent control performance. Given the strict requirements for constant pressure in water supply systems, especially for safety and water quality considerations, variable frequency speed regulation technology has gained deeper application.
AT500 Constant Pressure Water Supply Special Functions
The advanced constant pressure water supply technology features constant water pressure, easy operation, reliable operation, energy saving, and high automation. In pump station water supply, it can perform the following functions:
(1) After setting the pressure, the frequency converter automatically conducts PID control to maintain constant water pressure. (2) Multiple pressures can be set, and customers can use terminals for switching to meet various pressure requirements. (3) UP/DOWN keys can adjust PID pressure set values, and PID parameters can be adjusted online as needed. (4) System sleep and wake-up: When there is no water demand from the outside, the system enters a sleep state until it automatically wakes up when there is a demand for water. (5) With the control cabinet, the control system can operate manually/automatically, and multiple pumps can switch automatically. (6) Lack of water and pressure gauge line protection detection alarms, signal display, etc.
