1.Introduction of wire drawing machine

2.The process introduction

the wire drawing machine and is an important basis for testing the electrical performance of the wire drawing machine. Winding by a winding
motor driven by the winding disk winding, wire from the drawing part out through the tension pendulum, the role of the tension pendulum
is to feedback the current tension signal to the host, from the machine according to the feedback signal deviation to adjust the output frequency

6. When threading, the drawing motor needs to run point.

7. When the wire is broken, there is a need to hold the gate signal to overcome the inertia of the winding, to prevent the original winding of good wire

3.Double frequency Inverter  drawing machine working principle

The main pulling frequency inverter  is actually only a simple speed regulation, but the need to output the frequency change signal (that is, the analog AO output signal, AO function selected as the output frequency) as the take-up line inverter speed reference. Take-up wire drawing machine according to the signal from the host and the pendulum position feedback voltage signal to calculate the synchronous output frequency, the calculation should be considered to adapt to different speeds of the host, different disc diameter of the take-up disc, different positions of the pendulum.

The payoff motor and take-up motor are controlled by two inverters respectively. The payoff inverter adjusts the speed through external analog quantity, and the take-up inverter is controlled by the output signal of the frequency change of the payoff inverter and the feedback signal of the tension pendulum, which is adjusted by analog quantity. 1.Unwinding: Free way to unwind the wire.

3. Take-up: driven by the power of the appropriate inverter asynchronous motor, the motor is in a stop state, there is a holding action, the take-up device can no longer rotate.

4. Tension feedback: in the middle of the wire pulling and wire collection links have a force floating leather, floating stick connected to the rear end of a single-turn potentiometer, through the potentiometer to feedback the position of the floating stick, that is, to achieve the purpose of detecting tension. Four, debugging instructions

a. First of all, according to the process requirements ** line speed to calculate the main pull inverter required ** operating frequency; b. According to the actual transmission ratio to calculate the required ** frequency of winding;

c. Set the default transmission ratio coefficient according to the mechanical rotation ratio relationship at half reel;

d. the main pull inverter acceleration and deceleration time as long as possible (generally in 40 ~ 60s), can be smooth acceleration and deceleration; e. to adjust the balance of the tension pendulum position, to ensure that the mechanical midpoint corresponds to the midpoint of the feedback.

In order to match the detection of broken wire, when starting, first hold the pendulum up to the balance position, wait for the wire to be pulled tight, and then release it to prevent the pendulum in the limit switch position, the motor can not start. When commissioning, firstly, the open-loop vector mode of the main pulling and winding inverter is commissioned properly. According to the process requirements of * line speed to calculate the winding inverter required ** running frequency, and then according to the actual transmission ratio corresponds well to the main pull ** frequency, to ensure that the front and rear stage of the line speed difference is not very large. Thus, according to the tension pendulum feedback value analog signal adjustment control winding inverter.

5, debugging considerations

1) The linear relationship between the pendulum position voltage feedback signal and the pendulum position should be correct, if it is not correct, it can be corrected by setting the external quantification characteristic curve. 2) The acceleration and deceleration time of the drawing motor is set longer, so as to facilitate the tracking of the winding motor.

3) In normal operation, the tension pendulum swing is too large, this time to check the tension pendulum feedback signal and the pendulum between a large and a small two gear fit clearance

4) When the normal operation process, if there are periodic sudden fluctuations, this time should pay attention to the position of the travel switch of the line machine. If not in the *" position, there will be unevenness on both sides of the reel leading to changes in the winding diameter, further affecting the smoothness of the tension pendulum.

The successful transformation of the application program of the double frequency drawing machine reduces the system cost, speeds up the system response speed, the operation is simpler and more convenient, the work efficiency has been significantly improved, and the high and stable operation status reduces the rate of wire breakage and improves product quality.
