Smart Multi-Pump Integration

One of the AU620’s most powerful features is its Multi-Pump Control system. With an extensible RS485 communication design, it supports a “Two Masters and Max. 4 Auxiliaries” configuration.

In this setup:

• The Master drive detects pipe network pressure and sends real-time PID feedback to auxiliary drives.

• An alternating run function (default 8-hour rotations) balances wear and tear across all pumps, extending equipment lifespan.

• “Fault Shift” logic ensures reliability: if the Master fails, a Standby Master takes over automatically; if an auxiliary fails, the system skips it and activates the next available pump.

Engineered for harsh environments, the AU620 features an IP54 protection level — dustproof and waterproof — and supports backpack installation directly on pump motor junction boxes.
