AUSENIST is a professional variable frequency drive manufacturer in China with in-house R&D, production, testing and technical support. We develop VFD solutions for pumps, fans, machinery, automation systems and other industrial applications.

What types of VFDs does AUSENIST manufacture?

We manufacture general-purpose and application-specific variable frequency drives for water pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, cranes, machinery and industrial automation. Our VFD range covers approximately 0.4 kW to 1400 kW.

Can you help us select the correct VFD for our pump or motor?

Yes. Send us the motor nameplate, power, rated voltage, rated current and application information. For pump systems, flow, head, pressure requirements and pump curves are also helpful. Our engineers can recommend a suitable VFD model and configuration.

What input and output voltages can AUSENIST VFDs support?

AUSENIST supports a wide range of voltage configurations, including 220 V, 380 V, 440 V, 460 V, 480 V, 690 V and 1140 V systems. We also provide special solutions such as single-phase 220 V input to three-phase 220 V output and 220 V input to three-phase 380 V output.

Do you offer OEM and ODM VFD services for pump manufacturers and distributors?

Yes. We work with pump manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, distributors and system integrators worldwide. OEM and ODM services can include private labeling, customized parameters, housing, software functions, communication options, documentation and application-specific configurations.

Can AUSENIST VFDs control multiple pumps and constant-pressure water systems?

Yes. Selected AUSENIST VFD series support PID constant-pressure control, pressure sensor feedback, sleep/wake functions and multi-pump control. We can recommend the appropriate solution according to the number of pumps and system requirements.

Can you customize VFD parameters, software and communication functions?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can customize preset parameters, control logic, communication protocols, I/O functions, pump control programs and other application-specific functions.

What technical support do you provide?

We provide English manuals, wiring guidance, parameter recommendations, commissioning support and remote troubleshooting. For OEM customers and distributors, we can also provide application guidance and technical training.

What is your typical production lead time?

Standard VFD models normally have a relatively short production lead time, while customized models and large-power drives may require additional time. The exact lead time will be confirmed according to the model, quantity and customization requirements.
