Product Introduction
LS590 is specially designed for the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor (PMSM), and implements high-performance vector control on the motor.
Integrating process control (such as precise control of injection speed and pressure holding) during the driving of the injection molding machine and stability control during cooperation with the injection molding machine controller, the LS590 series servo drive can well control the servo pump and provides general-purpose servo functions.
The LS590 is highly cost-effective and reliable. It is applicable to plastic molding, pipe extrusion, shoe making, rubber producing, and metal casting.

The output flow of the traditional quantitative pump is a fixed value. When the load is small and the flow is required, the
excess flow depends on the proportional flow valve and the pressure valve to flow back to the mailbox. cause a lot of loss.
The hydraulic servo driver controls the oil pump to supply oil on demand according to the system voltage and flow requirements
to avoid loss and save electricity by 40% -65%, up to 80%
Superior performance
Vector control, fuzzy PID, pump leakage oil pressure compensation and other methods are used to ensure that the repeatability
of the injection position is less than ±0.3mm, and the pressure holding pressure fluctuation is less than ±0.5bar; the system
response time can be as low as 0.05s, which improves work efficiency , to improve the qualified rate of product molding.
The output current and output torque can be overloaded by 2.5 times the rated value, and it will not trip under high pressure
injection and heavy load impact, which will not affect production and ensure product quality.
